CANCELLATION POLICY
*Please Note: Queta Brows does not issue refunds on special promotions or Feather Touch, Ombre, and Lash Extensions appointments that are paid up-front. There are no refunds on deposits for services. All tattoo cancellations and missed appointments will require 48 hours notice - Brow makeovers and lashes require 24 hours notice. If this is not upheld, 50% of your appointment will be charged.
Brow Services cancellation Policy
A deposit paid at time of booking a brow tattoo appointment or Lash Extensions appointment is non-refundable in the event of a missed appointment or cancellation with less than 2 working days notice.
Unfortunately, there are times when late cancellations are unavoidable, but a business is unsustainable if it must carry the cost of each of those late cancellations/missed appointments.
Deposits paid for booked services are protection for a business in the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation.
Canceled appointments that do not allow an opportunity for re-booking another client add up to a significant loss of income and business expenses, particularly employee wages are still incurred.
This becomes particularly relevant when the appointment is for a lengthy procedure such as a brow tattoo or lash extensions and the amount of time lost is considerable.
The deposit is not intended as a penalty but as a way of covering the costs that have been incurred because of the cancellation.
